The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project, including overall performance and contract compliance. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating resources, including any subcontractor resources, assigned to the Contract, and ensuring that all tasks in the project schedule are executed in keeping with the schedules and requirements. The Project Manager will identify any potential problem areas, recommend solutions, and work closely and cooperatively with the contract administrator to resolve issues quickly and fairly. He or she will also provide written status reports regarding actual progress as compared to progress projected in the work plans. The Project Manager is responsible for quality control over all deliverables submitted for review.
